Please join us in celebrating one year in business! That's right...one year ago today we opened at the Iron County Fair and have been dishing out Wild Fried Rice, Bulgogi Mac n Cheese, and Chai Latte Slushies ever since!

We'd like to thank all of our friends, followers, customers and workers that made this journey possible. A huge shoutout to Ashland Area Development Corporation for helping us through the initial stages of starting up and being staunch advisors and advocates since then.

Ultimately though, none of this would have been possible without you...our customers that came out through heat, rain, high winds, and billowing smoke to get your Lumpia fix. Thank you, thank you!

The view from our newer spot out at Bayview Beach (the City is doing some electric/construction work on our usual side of the parking lot so we've moved over to the west side of the lot for those of you out looking for us!).

Regardless, the view is spectacular even with a few storm clouds on the horizon. We'll tough it out and stick around for dinner until 7pm tonight as the rain should (fingers crossed) pass quickly. We'll be up in Superior on Tuesday (6/30) so watch for our post from there, especially all our friends from Duluth! We promise it will be worth the trip over the bridge!

So, this morning already cooked up a wonderful Wild Fried Rice with Chicken and Shrimp. I mean, doesn't that look fantastic? And of course, we're still featuring our Indonesian-inspired Chicken Satay in all it's grilled glory (psst...you can even put it on the Wild Fried Rice!).

Wishing a great day to all the Daddies out there! And what a great way to introduce our Northern Chicken Satay but on Daddy's day?

We're traveling all the way to Indonesia with our Chicken Satay recipe, beautiful skewers of marinated chicken with our savory house-made peanut sauce on a bed of stir-fried veggies.

Come on out and let us handle that special guy's lunch or dinner. We'll even buy him a drink! All daddies get a free soda with any food order today!
