Do you know we have some delicious little treasures on our wine list?

Like this 2001 Trimbach Sélection de Grains Nobles (SGN) Gewurztraminer. The SGN designation means that this wine has some sweetness to it, but has allowed it to age with grace, creating a full-bodied, savory wine to pair with many different foods.

And 2001 was an outstanding vintage in Alsace: rainy June, late summer heat, and long aging potential. White wines are not known for having ageability, but Alsace is changing that mentality with some beautifully ageable white wines.

In 2001, the movie Shrek was released, Billie Eilish was born, Wikipedia launched, and the Apple IPod was introduced to the world. What were you doing in 2001?
