This weekend on the menu.

Fire Roasted Garlic Prawns over Fregola Sarda — the kind of plate that arrives and immediately gets everyone’s attention.

Insalata di Mare — chilled squid and shrimp with crisp blanched vegetables, tossed in a bright herbal vinaigrette. This is the dish we learned to make in a Tuscan kitchen this summer. It’s the real thing.

Fourth Fridays is tonight in downtown Ashland — live music, local makers, and we’re right here on Railroad Avenue when you’re ready for a table. Half Marathon Saturday morning, coffee and gelato counter open at 10am, kitchen at 11am. You earned it.
