Copper Pasty

Copper Pasty Sharing a tradition of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan through the tasty perfection of a pasty! We bring a Yooper delicacy to Northern Wisconsin!

Our pasties are made of high-quality flour for the most flaky buttery crust. The traditional "Miner's Pasty" consists of ground beef, rutabaga, onion, carrots, and potato and seasonings. I continue to experiment with a variety of flavors and ingredients to provide unique twists on the traditional pasty recipe as well.

Hours update! Have you been enjoying Yaku Superior empanadas on Monday? Make sure to get your fill this coming Monday! Monday, May 18, is the last day Carlos will be working out of the pasty shop. Be sure to follow Yaku Superior to keep up to date about where you can get his empanadas in the future. The good news is, you can still stop into the shop on Mondays for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, as we'll be adjusting your hours to Monday through Fridays in June!
