Our ‘Mokha Java’ is a two-bean blend, designed to capture the historical flavor profile of the world's first blend. It’s a marriage between Ethiopian coffee that contributes notes of fruit and cocoa and wet-hulled Indonesian coffee that has deeper notes of earth and spice, resulting in a dynamic and balanced cup.

Brazilian ‘Fortaleza’ will delight you with notes of milk chocolate, cherry cola, rose, and snickerdoodle, along with a smooth body. This coffee is sweet and creamy, even when you enjoy it black.

Some of you may remember when we carried this coffee previously - we've worked with this farm and producer for fifteen years.
