There’s a certain kind of promise you make when you choose to keep a place alive. When we were given the opportunity to continue Agave’s legacy, we knew one thing immediately: shortcuts were never going to be part of the story. Because authentic Mexican food is something you protect. Agave is not just the name on the building, it’s the feeling people walk in for, the recipes they crave on hard days, good days and ordinary Tuesdays. So 21 years later, we’re still keeping it authentic, making it from scratch. Still honoring the flavors that built this place. And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
