A banner wild blueberry year! While we have Wild Blueberry Jam already in the shack and tomorrow comes off a new batch of Maple/Blueberry Jam (we’ll post pics when available), what other varieties of blueberry jam can we make? Deb’s been JAMMIN’! Fresh batch of Honeyberry jam ready for the jam/jelly shack! Thanks to Matt and Jenny Angel for letting us harvest their honeyberry bush on shores of little Squam lake! For those that don’t know, honeyberries are similar to blueberries but elongated and little more tart! “Come get you some!”
