🚚📦 Soup has officially been evicted this week… 😂

Y’all… I’m trying! 😅

Between running the restaurant and moving my family, I’ve discovered that cloning myself is apparently not an option. So, something had to give this week, and unfortunately… it was the soup.

That means we won’t have soups available this week. I know that’s disappointing, and I’m so sorry! I promise I’m not hiding in the back keeping all the potato soup for myself. 😉

The good news? We’ve still got breakfast served all day, plus all your favorite burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more. So come hungry—we’ll make sure you don’t leave that way!

Thank you all for your patience while we survive this crazy season of boxes, packing tape, and asking, “Now where did I put that?” 📦🤦‍♀️

I appreciate every single one of you more than you know. We’ll have the soup pots bubbling again as soon as this move is behind us! ❤️

🎉 Great news, everyone! 🎉

Our hood system has been repaired, and so far it seems to be making a huge difference!

Assuming everything continues to perform like it should, we’ll be back to our regular business hours beginning Thursday! 🙌

We also want to give a very special thank you to Jeffery Steele with Stormin Normans Mechanical Solutions . Jeffery has become a great friend to us, and we truly can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done. Time and time again, he’s been there when we’ve needed him, and his hard work, dedication, and willingness to help have meant the world to us.

And to all of our amazing customers—thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support while we worked through this. We are incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful community behind us.

We can’t wait to get back to serving all your Mama D’s favorites on our normal schedule. We’ll see y’all Thursday! ❤️

🔥 A Quick Update from Mama D’s 🔥

With the extreme heat warning we’ve been under this week, our kitchen has been feeling it too.

Unfortunately, our hood system isn’t working at 100%, and the part needed to repair it isn’t expected to arrive until sometime Friday afternoon. The safety of our team has to come first, so we’ve decided to temporarily shorten our hours for the next few days.

🕗 Modified Hours:
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🇺🇸 Saturday (July 4): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The good news is that we’re OPEN for the Fourth of July! 🎆

We have traditionally closed on both July 4th and July 5th, but this year we wanted to give everyone a chance to enjoy breakfast with us before heading out to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we wait on this repair. Thank you for supporting our small business and for always taking such great care of our team.
