We are so sorry to announce that Vuocolo’s Italian Restaurant will be closed tonight, Friday, and tomorrow, Saturday. We will reopen on Tuesday.

I sincerely apologize for the late notice and for any inconvenience this may cause. We know many of you make plans to dine with us, and we never want to disappoint you.

Please know how much we appreciate and care about each and every one of you. Your continued love, patience, and support mean more to us than words can express. We are truly grateful to have such wonderful customers who have supported us through the years.

Vuocolo’s Italian Restaurant in Ashland City, next to Walmart, is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our kitchen team!

🕒 Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday

* Start time: 3:00 or 4:00 PM
* End time: 9:00 or 9:30 PM

Kitchen responsibilities include:

* Food preparation and assisting with cooking
* Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
* Washing dishes and maintaining a clean work area
* Helping the kitchen team keep things running smoothly during service

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, has a good work ethic, and is willing to work as part of a team!

❤️ FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS, THANK YOU! ❤️

We just want to take a minute to say how truly grateful we are for all of you. Running a small business means so much more than just opening our doors every day. It means building relationships, getting to know our customers, sharing good food, and becoming a little part of your lives. And that’s something we will never take for granted. ❤️

We know we’ve had to close a few extra days lately, and we want to thank you for being so understanding and sticking with us. We were closed for a few days for the show, and we had to close one more day for a very special wedding that we’ve had scheduled for a year, where we catered for 150 guests. Next Saturday, the 24th we’ll be closed again as we cater another beautiful wedding for 200 guests.

As much as we love welcoming you into our restaurant, we’re also honored when families trust us to be part of their biggest celebrations. Being able to provide the food for these special days means a lot to us, and we’re thankful for every opportunity.

But most of all, we’re thankful for YOU. Thank you for being patient with us, for continuing to support our little business, and for understanding that sometimes we have to step away from the restaurant to take care of these special commitments.

Every visit, every kind word, every shared post, and every bit of support means more to us than you probably realize. We know you have choices when it comes to where you eat, and the fact that you continue to choose us means the world to our family.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our journey and for standing by us through it all. We appreciate each and every one of you more than words can ever express. We look forward to seeing you back at the restaurant and serving you soon! ❤️🍝

❤️ WE’RE BACK! OPENING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15! ❤️

To all of our wonderful customers, friends, and family,

First, we want to thank everyone for your patience, understanding, love, and support while we’ve been closed. We know it’s been unusual for us to be away and unable to share much information, and we truly appreciate you giving us that understanding.

We also want to reassure everyone that we are doing just fine! ❤️ Nothing is wrong. Sometimes, even after 17 years, we feel it’s important to step back, learn some new things, get fresh ideas, and make a few tweaks to the delicious food you’ve come to know and love. We’re excited about this next chapter and look forward to bringing you some new things while continuing to serve the food and hospitality you’ve come to expect from us.

As we reopen, we ask for a little extra patience as we get back into the swing of things. This Thursday and Friday, we will not be able to accept takeout orders. Our menu will also be limited for a while as we work through changes and begin adding additional menu items. We appreciate your understanding as we get everything in place!

Most of all, thank you for supporting us over the past 17 YEARS! We couldn’t have made it this far without our amazing customers and community. Your love and support mean more to us than you know.
