Well, this sure is good news!

With the recent changes making it easier for food trucks to operate across county lines, we're thankful to see some of the extra red tape getting out of the way so food trucks can spend less time worrying about paperwork and more time serving folks all across Alabama.

At ResQue BBQ, we've always believed God opens the doors and we're just called to faithfully walk through them. We're excited to see where He leads us next and look forward to sharing great BBQ, good conversation, and the love of Christ with even more communities.

We're thankful for leaders who made this possible, and we're grateful for every opportunity God gives us to serve others wherever He opens the door.

The road's looking a little easier, and we're grateful for every mile. We'll see y'all soon! 🚒🔥🐷

The last few days have been some of the hardest we've had in a while.

Before sunrise until well after midnight... tending smokers, cooking food in this Alabama heat, serving customers, and grabbing nothing more than a short nap before doing it all over again.

This morning, I woke up to something smelling good, and then my amazing wife brought me a plate while I was resting on the couch.

I never asked. I never hinted. She didn't do it because she had to.

She did it simply because she wanted to love me.

Those little acts of love are often the biggest reminders of God's blessings. It's easy to celebrate the big moments, but it's the quiet sacrifices that truly show someone's heart.

When I read Proverbs 31:10-31, I don't just see a description of a godly wife—I see a woman who serves her family with strength, kindness, diligence, and love. I'm incredibly thankful that God blessed me with a wife who lives that out every single day.

"Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also praises her." — Proverbs 31:28

To mi bella esposa: thank you for loving our family so well, for standing beside me through every long day, and for always finding ways to encourage me. I don't take it for granted, and I'm thankful God chose you to walk this life with me.

Ashford... y'all absolutely showed up today! ❤️🇺🇸

You cleaned us out!

🔥 10 Boston butts
🔥 6 slabs of ribs
🔥 30 hot dogs
🔥 40 lbs. of leg quarters
..and just about every side we had! The only thing left was one small serving of smoked creamed corn—which our daughter made sure didn't go to waste. 😂

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our small family business. Every order, every kind word, and every person who stopped by means more than you know.

Now it's time to fire the smokers back up and restock because we're headed to Downtown Dothan tomorrow! We can't wait to do it all over again.
