Meet Samantha, Service Manager at Posana Biltmore Park!

Samantha has been part of the opening team at Posana Biltmore Park and brings over 11 years of hospitality experience to our restaurant. She loves creating genuine connections with guests and helping her team deliver memorable dining experiences every day.

Originally from Greensboro, NC, Samantha's favorite item on the menu is our Ricotta Corn Hushpuppies. Outside of work, she's a wife and mother of two young children who loves traveling. She's explored more than 20 countries across four continents, with Switzerland, Italy, and Morocco among her favorites. One day, she hopes to write a series of books.

We're grateful to have Samantha's leadership, warmth, and passion for hospitality as part of the Posana family.
