Meet Ninja Musande, Executive Sous Chef at Posana Downtown—and one of the people bringing care, curiosity, and serious culinary experience to our kitchen.

Ninja’s culinary career began in his father’s restaurant in India. He moved to the U.S. in 2022 to experience different cuisines and cultures and continue growing as a chef. Nearly 12 years into his career, he still loves learning new techniques and working alongside his team.

One piece of advice has stayed with him: “Master the process of making anything, even if it’s something very small. Once you master what you do, you become unstoppable.” You can see that philosophy in the care he brings to his work every day.

We’re proud to have Ninja on our Downtown team and excited to recognize this next step in his career.
