🍅 Calabasita - skillet roasted local summer squash, heirloom tomatoes, roasted peppers, topped with queso fresco, fresh oregano and white anchovies.

🍋‍🟩 Coliflor - cumin and lime roasted cauliflower, pasilla chile black garlic, topped with garlic crumbs and cotija
