A grazing table made for gathering.

We loved creating this spread for PBS NC - bringing together a mix of local cured meats, cheeses , jams and other tasty bites for their event.

Meet the team behind the details📋

Our general manager, Lindsey, and event captains Anastasiia, Luisa and Cristhian are the ones helping bring each event together once service begins.

From coordinating the team, keeping an eye on the timeline, and making sure the little details don't get missed to greeting you with your personal appetizers, making your plates, and even cutting your cake, they help keep everything running smoothly from start to finish.
