That's the standard Céline and Company has held for 33 years.

Save this if you're still planning your 2027 celebration.

Thirty-three years of Asheville events means we've seen what works — and what makes guests stop mid-conversation to ask who catered this.

Custom menus. Flawless ex*****on. The kind of attention to detail that lets you actually be present for your own celebration.

Be a guest at your own event. We've got the details.

Tomorrow marks 20 years since Kim first walked into this kitchen.

Twenty years of weddings, celebrations, and quietly carrying forward a legacy she didn't build — but has spent two decades honoring.

Tomorrow, we celebrate her.

Long before Céline & Company had a name, Céline was already changing what Asheville expected of her — the first non-American-born President of the Junior League of Asheville, and the first female President of Beth Israel Synagogue.

Her Egyptian and Jewish heritage shaped everything that came after, down to a hummus recipe nobody in Asheville had tasted before her.

Before it was our kitchen, 49 Broadway was a furniture store built in 1928. At other times it was a church and a performance art space (pictured here.). In the early 2000s, it was restored to the exacting standards of the National Register of Historic Places.

Some buildings hold stories. This one holds ours.
