Join us in celebrating our newest general manager, Grace!

Grace joined the Scheffer Group family this June, bringing years of HR leadership experience with her into this new chapter. Since stepping behind the scenes at Jettie Rae’s, she’s been working closely with owner Eric to revamp the wine list, and says it’s quickly become one of her favorite parts of the job.

Her go-to order here? Oysters, naturally.

Grace moved to North Carolina from NYC five years ago. Outside of work, her world revolves around her two daughters. Together they fill their free time with hikes, pool days, and family game nights that everyone looks forward to.

We’re so grateful to have Grace as part of our team.
