✨ Important Update as We Head Into May! ✨
Hey guys and gals!

As May approaches, we’re making a small shift in our business model — and that means our hours are changing just a bit.

Many of you already know we have a concessions trailer that we take to events, festivals, and private caterings. Because this side of the business is growing, we will no longer open on Wednesdays.

🍰 Storefront Hours
Thursday–Friday: 11 AM–2:30 PM & 3:30 PM–7 PM
Saturday: 11 AM–9 PM
Closed Sunday–Wednesday for storefront service

🌙 Late-Night Delivery (Still Going Strong!)
DoorDash • Uber Eats • Grubhub
7 Days a Week — 8 PM to Midnight

You’re also welcome to walk ins from 8–10 PM for late-night treats.
(We are cashless — tap or card only for safety and security.)

🎂 Need a Cake or Large Order Outside Thurs–Sat?

No problem at all!
Just email or call us, and we’ll schedule a pickup day that works.
We’re still taking all custom orders — we’re just shifting our daily rhythm.

💛 Why the Change?
We’re making space for growth and rest.
As many of you know, Shana works 7 days a week, often 12–18 hours a day.
This adjustment allows her to rest a little so she can keep creating the treats you love.

Try being a business owner and asking for clarity.

Then getting attitudes….. and a nasty review because I asked what do you mean by a mermaid theme? That could encompass a lot.

Or having people say….. oh you decide…. No ma’am/sir I need to know what your style is, what you expect.

And so it begins!!🙂

As you all know, per FDA guidelines, artificial colors are being phased out and natural is slowly making its way in. Our supply order came in today and our pink jimmies are now replaced. The pink on the left is what we currently use, on the right is the new. What a difference! As we make this transition with so many others, please be mindful that bright colored cakes may soon be a thing of the past, but we are still learning and figuring things out, so who knows! ❤️Although we are pleased that we now have healthier options, it will make a huge impact on some designs. Until alternatives are made available, this may be the future look of cake decorating🤷🏻‍♀️
Side note: this is a gradual process and will not be right away. Please be patient as we transition by the end of 2026. We are excited and curious to see how our creations turn out! Thank you🙂

I truly do not care if food stamps cover junk food.
It doesn't affect me.
But do you know who it does affect?
The kid who wouldn't get a birthday cake otherwise.
The one who only knows what it's like to say
"no" in the snack aisle.
The one who just wants to feel like every other child for one day.
Let them have the cake.
Let them have the chips at the birthday party.
Let them feel normal because poverty is already isolating enough.
If you've never had to choose between groceries and gas, sit this one out.
Because food stamps aren't your business
But kindness should be.

Good morning guys and gals!!

Boss has a check up this morning (he was attacked by another dog over the weekend) so we will be opening later today. We will see everyone at 2pm!

Say a quick prayer that he won’t need to be put under, he is still a little wobbly and the swelling has not gone down. The doctor said the puncture wounds may need to be drained if the swelling has not gone down…… and it hasn’t.
