Tomorrow is National Lasagna Day, and we have just the thing to celebrate. 😉

Layers of pasta, rich meat sauce, and cheese baked twice for that perfect golden top. Lasagna made the way nonna would want it.

Have you tried the Arancini?

Crispy on the outside, gooey mozzarella waiting on the inside. These fried risotto balls take a swim in our smoky tomato sauce before they hit your table, and trust us, one bite in and you’ll understand the hype.

Pair it with a half-priced bottle of wine on our Monday wine night, and that’s amore.

Don’t say we didn’t warn you. Mangia! 😉

The Original: 𝐕𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚. Pan-seared, breaded veal cutlet, melted mozzarella, and mom’s sauce doing the absolute most with olives, garlic, and oregano. Pair it with our Zabu Nero d’Avola Terre Siciliane, a medium-bodied red from our wine list, and thank us later.

South: 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨, stirred until it’s rich, earthy, and borderline showing off. Pair it with a white glass that’s crisp and buttery.

Meet Cam, Sous Chef at Vinnie’s South.

Cam joined us just three months ago, but he’s already found his place! Before Vinnie’s, he was chef de cuisine at Strada Italiana downtown, and even ran a pizza kitchen at the same time. He says it just takes patience, and a good crew helps too.

What he loves most here isn’t just the food; it’s the people. Getting along with everybody, that’s rare, and he’s grateful to have found it in this kitchen.

His favorite dish to make is the lobster ravioli and, honestly, we don’t blame him. Have you tried that dish? 🤌❤️

At home, he’s got two cats named Sauron and Stitch, a pup named Astro, and is probably gaming a fantasy quest in his free time.
