It is with great sadness that we have decided to take a break from food trucking. We have been serving up gourmet grilled cheese to Asheville for 14 years. We wouldn’t have been able to do it for so long if it wasn’t for your continued support. We have 3 more shifts at New Belgium. Please come on out, get your grilled cheese fix, and say goodbye to the crew. No worries if you can’t make it in the next few weeks. You can still find a few of our favorites on our menu at Open Oven in Black Mountain.
