Are we biased? Yes. But we recommend ordering one of each! 🥟

Both of our gyozas are hand-folded, pan-seared on one side + steamed, so you get that crispy bottom with a soft, tender top.

The only real problem is deciding which one to order. We recommend avoiding the problem entirely and getting both!

A Southern classic, chow chow is a tangy, sweet, and lightly spicy pickled relish traditionally made with vegetables. We put our own spin on it by adding crisp apples for a bright, refreshing bite that cuts through the richness of the pork belly.
