We are so honored to have received a Griffin Award from the Preservation Society of Asheville for the outstanding rehabilitation of our new space in Historic Biltmore Village. This property, which was built in 1923 and housed the Biltmore Hardware Company for nearly 70 years, was inundated with 11 feet of water during Helene. 

Thanks to Falcon Construction and a great team of contractors, we've been able to revitalize this building in a way that truly honors its past and we are so grateful to be recognized for this effort. Read more about the project on Falcon's website, and an excellent write-up in the Adventurist (both linked in our stories 👆)
