EUROFEST MAGGIE VALLEY EVENT NOTES
FOR EVERYONE!
Please read everything closely. Below is an outline of events for Saturday.
Show day
We want our show load in process to go smoothly, so we can get everyone in and parked. Lots of cars and vendors coming.
Address for Show Grounds: 3374 Soco Rd, Maggie Valley, NC
• Canopies are allowed, please have weights for them though.
• Pets are allowed, please have them on a leash.
• You are welcome to bring in a cooler & food.
• There will be several food vendors on site.
• Trailer Parking.....Is available outside the gate in the parking behind the stage.
* Bring cash for vendors. Some may take cards on site, but signal may be spotty.
* We take CASH, VENMO, CASH APP, APPLE PAY and cards
* Let's have FUN! But we are all adults, so please respect the property, the hotel or cabin and the city of Maggie Valley.
* No 2 stepping or engine revving during event or while in town for that matter. We want to respect the town in everyday possible.
* No loud music during event. We will have a DJ playing all day at the event.
*Please make sure to clean up your area before you leave the show. We are looking for volunteers to help clean up after the event as well.
Pickup you goodies on Saturday
We will have pre-registration goodies and pre-ordered shirt pickup, located at the concessions booth. You can also get them after you park your car on event day.
We will have our raffle item buckets ready as well, over at our merchandise booth. Tickets will be $5 each.
If you have friends that didn't register, they can come in at designated time on show day and pay at gate, Price is $45. Prefer Cash at gate.
Load in times for Show Day
If you plan to come in with friends to park together, please make sure everyone is together as you arrive. There will be no saved spots. You will be parked as you come in, so coordinate with your friends to park together
We are trying to ease the wait times, so you can get in and park to enjoy event.
This is going to be a big event and with your help, we can get everyone in smoothly.
Remember everyone is a VIP, all Euro Makes and models are welcome in the show field.
