My dad went up to New Jersey this weekend and picked up 60 cases of Pennsylvania, Dutch Birch beer that we sell on the truck. A lot of the items that we sell on the truck we get imported or we drive up 10 hours to source them. Another reason our prices are firm on our food truck. We source out quality ingredients and authentic ingredients to the Philadelphia region. A lot of people ask us how our cheesesteaks are different than other local cheesesteaks. The reason is ours are authentic to Philadelphia all our product and our food. Everything would be identical to eating a cheesesteak in Philly. I saw a comment the other day that was like I don’t see the reason that this place is different than us and that would be one of the reasons that ours is different. I also saw another comment that our food prices are expensive. They are in this society. Food cost is astronomically priced right now but for us to survive as a small business, our prices are firm and we don’t even charge as much as we should technically charge because I feel that is wrong in this society. I see a bunch of businesses getting bashed about their prices and a lot of places and people don’t know what these people do not know actually about food cost right now. I’ve never seen food cost as high as it is now and luckily, some of it has came down over the couple months, but some things are drastically expensive like ribeye for us is astronomically to get from anybody. And one thing about us, we won’t change our quality for cheaper ingredients.
So thank you for still supporting us and eating weekly at our food truck and other local businesses. We truly have the best customers.

When I’m having a rough day someone always blesses me at the food truck I swear.
Big Mikes BBQ Mills River came and brought us a ton of food.. even my Mac & cheese. Don’t touch my Mac ‼️

literally the BEST 💞 we haven’t seen big mike and his wife in forever, always a pleasure to see them and eat their food. Go visit them tell them chef sent you 👀🦅
