Releasing this Thursday 🍻

“From Bamberg With Love” Pilsner

This beer is special because it was brewed using a method known as decoction, which is the process of removing a portion of the mash, boiling it, and returning it to the main batch, naturally raising the temperature of a brew.

While it’s an old-school, traditional technique originally used before modern temperature controls existed, we still use it today because it extracts richer, flavorful characteristics from the malt. This extra labor of love is exactly what gives our pilsner its beautiful color, fuller body, and incredibly smooth mouthfeel.

Come out this Thursday and try a glass!
