Our facility is located in Ashby, Minnesota, approximately fourteen miles east of Fergus Falls, in the beautiful Minnesota lake country. It is situated in a residential neighborhood in th

e heart of Ashby, a charming community with nearby medical services. The center is designed to create a home environment with a welcoming high ceiling great room, fireplace, community TV and game room, kitchen and well-appointed dining. Each room has a spacious bedroom and TV room with a kitchenette and a private handicap accessible bathroom. Year round indoor and outdoor activities are designed to be a part of your Ashby Living Center experience.

Ashby Living Center currently has openings for new residents.

We believe assisted living should still feel like living at home—sharing good meals, enjoying music and activities, visiting with friends, laughing together, and having caring people nearby with care and support that can change as your needs change—even through the end of life.

Our goal is to provide a home where residents can remain surrounded by familiar faces and people who know and care about them through every season of life.
