We made a limited edition Vegan Fat Cat for Eli, who’s heading off to college. Eli’s been with us since high school, first as a loyal customer, then as part of our crew for his very first job. We’re so proud of him, so grateful we got to be part of his story, and we’re definitely going to miss him.

The Golden Boy: garlic mojo steak, ham, mozzarella stix, fries, pickled red onions, cucumber relish, Dijon, and chipotle mayo all stacked into one massive bite. (yes, all vegan!)

Good luck out there, Eli. The sandwich (and the memories) are one of a kind.
