Meet the Ingredient: Our Eggs 🥚 💛
When people ask why our breakfast sandwiches taste different, this is one of the reasons.
Our eggs come from Sunny Harvest, a cooperative of small Amish family farms in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where hens are pasture-raised on small Amish family owned farms and allowed to roam outdoors.
The first time we tried these eggs, there was no going back. The rich golden yolks, the flavor, the freshness—they’re what eggs are supposed to taste like.
We believe great food starts long before it reaches our kitchen. It starts with farmers who care deeply about the land, the animals, and the quality of what they produce.
It’s a simple ingredient, but it makes all the difference.
