Ok im sure everyone knows we use 81-19 sirloin patties in our hamburgers,cheeseburgers etc… well at 6.0 oz you make 26.66667 patties. Well i make ours alittle heavy. 90% of the time as i do weight each and every patty im always going to 6.3 6.4 or even6.5! As long as i can make the patties out around 24 patties as its the same amount as far as the fresh always toasted and warm large buns we use as they come in 8 to a package. So i always buy them in roswell and i get a small package of buns incase something happens to one. Anyway we usually carry 10 lbs of patties that are fresh not frozen and not 1/2 way cooked to make sure we offer fresh not frozen or 1/2 way cooked to the customers. Which leads us to taking about 3 minutes a patty longer than the fast food guys do. Heck our fries are done about the same time the burgers are. We dont have a heat lamp or a hot box so in the very near future we will have the customer buzzer remote to let you know the order is ready so there wont be any lag time. We haven’t had any issues but we don’t want any either. So look out for them. Also heres something to ponder, i like the fries we currently sell but some like the crinkle ones. Well more than some so please let us know the crinkle ones or the other ones. As prices keep going up we want to be sure to make the fries are the right choice. We not going to carry both right now i wish we were but maybe in the near future. We have added some new things at the trailer and looking to possibly adding a couple more when we can.
