What a week… or should I say, what a couple of weeks. Getting ready for The Eddy County Fair was one of the biggest challenges we’ve faced. We had to build brand-new smokers in just a few days to meet the fire code, and put a new AC on the trailer. There were definitely moments when I wondered if we’d pull it off. But we kept pushing, one step at a time. I’m beyond thankful for my amazing wife, my family, and friends, and our incredible help who put in the long hours to make it all happen. I truly couldn’t have done it without every one of you. Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out and supported The Fabricators Feast at the fair. Seeing all of you made every late night and early morning worth it. Now the only question is… who needs a break the most? The smokers, my mac & cheese pot, or me? I’m not sure, but I think it’s a pretty close race! Thank you all again. We’re blessed beyond measure, and we can’t wait to see you again soon.
We will be closed this week to rest but back at it on Thursday’s and Friday’s at 1010 W Main starting August 6th!
