Yesterday we lost an amazing man. He was a loyal and loving husband, father, grandad, and friend. He is well known in our community as an incredible chef and humanitarian. He was always first in line to help out his community make the world a brighter place for everyone. Thank you, Chef Shawn. You will be missed by all, Chef. The WAS will not be the same without you. Rest now, brother. We’ve got it from here.

My soulmate, best friend and partner in crime for the last 20 years, Chef Shawn, died last night at 9:21pm. God bless and keep his soul. I am devastated, this is all so surreal.
I want to thank everyone for all the prayers and comments that have kept me strong.
Our son, Alan Obregon and I will miss him beyond words. 💔💔💔💔

Unfortunately, Shawn took a turn for the worse. He has Lung, Kidney and Liver issues and was transported to ABQ tonight.

Prayers are needed. 💔

I want to thank everyone for the phone calls and messages asking about Shawn's health.
He is still in hospital, they have not been able to reduce water in the lungs. He is stable.
Due to Covid they do not allow visitors.
Thank you for all the love and continued prayers.
