Today, we are featuring our Whole Crispy Bangus (Milkfish)! A Filipino favorite, this main course bursts with flavor — crispy skin, tender meat, and topped with an eggplant salsa that is bright, fresh & decadent. Loved for its savory richness and comforting familiarity, bangus is more than just a dish — it’s the national fish of the Philippines & a little taste of home.

Come visit us, and be reminded why bangus is such a staple in Filipino cuisine! We're open daily 11am-8pm.
