Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab is an old-fashioned, neighborhood ice cream parlor featuring hand-crafted, super-premium ice cream made in Grover Beach, CA. Doc's Arroyo Grande parlor features a new ice cream lab experience that is beyond your wildest dreams, nostalgic booth seating, and of course all of our tasty flavors to choose from. Greg Steinberger founded a company that strives to enhance the lives of not only his guests but also the community. Registered as a California Beneficial Corporation, Doc's pledges 10% of profits to youth education. They hold school fundraisers, grant employee scholarships and sponsor blood drives to benefit their community, employees and guests.
