Small batched artisanal, brick oven bread. I currently sell bread at Halcyon Farms on Tue & Fri 12-6 I make small batched artisan bread out of a wood fired oven.

You can find my bread at Rutiz Farms on Tuesdays and Friday 12-5, the Morro Bay Farmers Market on Highway 1 Thursdays 2-4:30, and a secret small stash at Sweet Pea Bakery on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 6:30am

Dearest gluten gang is going to be open today but I understand if you’re taking the day to stand in support of immigrant rights and public safety and taking part in the strike. I think that’s great! I have chosen to bake and donate to so if you are shopping local know that bread will be there for you and part of the money you spend on it will go towards funding a terrific organization that really helps our community. I think it’s very fitting that I chose to make focaccia for the special bread today. Focaccia I learned in Latin means “of the hearth” and the hearth is always somewhere warm and inviting and supportive and that’s the energy we need for each other right now and always ❤️🍞

Bad news gluten gang! The oven doorway took a tumble and I have to climb inside and repair it. That means sadly no bread from me Tuesday but it actually looks worse than it is and I’ll be back in action for Thursday in Morro Bay.

My dear friends and are getting married all the way in New Zealand and I’ve been lucky enough to be invited. ❤️ So I’m taking a tiny bread break through October 10th to be on the other side of the world. I’m sorry to miss you gluten gang but so excited to get to celebrate with them!!! Be back to bread Tuesday October 14th ❤️🍞

Sometimes I am baking so much that I feel like I’m married to bread but then I remind myself No! I’m actually with this cutie right here. 😂 Just a tiny heads up gluten gang that today Tuesday June 17th is the last day before a small bread break to celebrate my 23rd anniversary.
I’ll be back to baking Thursday June 26th. I think the oven will be understanding about why I’m cheating 🤪🍞

Hey there gluten gang! So I’m sure you heard about the water advisory for Arroyo Grande and unfortunately that affects me being able to bake for tomorrow Friday, May 2nd. I reached out to the health department to be advised as to how to proceed and they said that all the water for dough would need to be boiled even though I bake bread at an extremely high temperature (450/500 degrees). Well as you can imagine bread takes an ocean for water to make and I was unable to boil and cool that much water in the amount of time I found out about the advisory ☹️ . I am so sorry to miss tomorrow but hopefully the advisory will be lifted soon and I can get back to work. Stay safe everyone ❤️🍞

Just a baker wearing a garbage sack and her Mr. Wizard safety goggles to work today. The oven patching is going well but unfortunately the repair needs time to cure so I can’t heat up until Thursday at Morro Bay and Friday . So sorry to miss you guys but can’t wait to be back in action and not sporting a trash bag.

Gluten gang! Just a little heads up that I’m having a bread whimp out tomorrow Tuesday February 4th . Unfortunately it’s just looking a bit too rainy to be outside under the tent trying to bake and keep things dry. Hopefully it will clear up for Morro Bay on Thursday. My apologies for missing you guys but stay nice and dry tomorrow ❤️☔️🍞

I know that Christmas isn’t about the presents but this year it is because check out the best gift ever from . It’s an exact lego replica of me and my oven!! He even told me he ordered the “shorter legs” to make my lego Kirsten 😂. I’m afraid the only oven in action this week will be Lego Little Red Hen because real Little Red Hen is taking a little time off for the holidays. I’ll be back in action Tuesday January 7th. Wishing you all the happiest of holidays full of wonderful surprises like tiny Lego logs ❤️
