This lot specifically comes from Asociación de Productores Orgánicos Café Organico Marcala, S.A. (APROCOMSA), a biodynamic agricultural education project. A true reminder that naturally processed coffees can be just as clean and vibrant as washed, maybe even more so.

Our summer menu for this year is here, and we’re pretty stoked about it. The first of which is an insanely refreshing drink that keeps with our rotating creamtop formula. This time, the espresso is in the creamtop itself sitting on top of coconut water finished with fresh orange. It’s super creamy, easy going, and very much refreshing.
