Ever wonder how our Moussaka is made? 💚

We wanted to take you behind the scenes because every layer has a purpose.

We start with a thin layer of potatoes, followed by one thin layer of fresh eggplant, then our generously seasoned meat filling. Everything is topped with a creamy béchamel sauce and baked until all those flavors come together.

Our moussaka isn’t meant to be mostly eggplant — it’s a balance of every layer in each bite. That single eggplant layer is absolutely there, freshly sliced and prepared right in our kitchen. ❤️
