Looks like an easy and delicious dish to bring to a Fourth of July party to me!

The ultimate way to use your Biringer Farm berry haul! 🥧

Nothing beats a warm berry cobbler after a day of U-pick. Since our Tayberries and Blackberries are perfectly ripe this week, here is our favorite farm-kitchen recipe:

✨ Biringer Berry Cobbler ✨
4 cups fresh Tayberries/Blackberries
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
6 tbsp melted butter

Toss berries in a dish. Mix dry ingredients with the egg until crumbly, sprinkle over berries, and pour butter on top. Bake at 375°F for 35 mins until golden!
