With the holidays in the rearview and 2026 officially underway, we want to take a moment to acknowledge a special milestone for us here at Earl's: December 2025 marked 20 years since we first opened our doors here on Wilson Blvd! We’re grateful for the continued support of the Arlington community and want to thank everyone who has stopped by—especially our regulars, whose loyalty made this achievement possible.
Our first two decades were just the beginning, as we are currently hard at work refining a technique that we hope will allow us to celebrate our 40th anniversary in just 7 to 8 years! In the meantime, we'll keep chugging away at what we've been doing since 2005: crafting made-to-order sandwiches with house-roasted meats and preparing scratch-made soups to provide meals that are truly homemade without the hassle.
