We are excited to announce that that Chef Moose and Liesl Best have been busy working on another restaurant concept that will be opening next week. Théodore’s Steak & Seafood, a refined yet welcoming American steakhouse will officially open its doors on Friday, April 10, inviting guests to experience elevated cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and a sophisticated atmosphere designed for connection. Five-Course New Year’s Eve Menu
*Set the tone with a savory apple and white corn panna cotta, crispy prosciutto, compressed melons and balsamic pearls
*Followed by a beet-cured salmon carpaccio, green tea, leek, calamansi, sea beans and rye crunch
*Lobster-filled agnolotti, ricotta, basil, a lemon and sambuca aspuma and kale florets
*The main course will be a pepper-crusted 8oz New York strip, maple carrot puree, oyster mushrooms, Romanesco and asparagus

This exclusive event features a five-course culinary journey prepared by Chef Moose Benhamacht. Each dish will be perfectly paired with an opera selection from its country of origin.
· Italy - Florentine savory cannoli with Idaho steelhead trout, spinach, cured egg yolks and Benito.
