It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Patrick "Pat" Morrogh🤍
For a number of years, Pat owned and operated the beloved Quarterdeck Restaurant, a place that became much more than a business to him. Pat had a way of making people feel welcome, and the Quarterdeck reflected that gift. Patrons became friends, employees became family, and countless memories were made within its walls. His impact on the people who worked for him and those who walked through the doors extended far beyond the restaurant itself.
After leaving the Quarterdeck, but never straying far from the hospitality industry Pat knew and loved, he built a successful wholesale business from the ground up. His entrepreneurial spirit, natural charm, and ability to connect with people served him well throughout his life.
Those who knew Pat will remember him for his immense generosity, kindness, humor, and unmistakable charm. He gave freely of himself, valued his friendships deeply, and had an extraordinary ability to make people feel like they belonged. Pat would likely tell you that many of his best qualities came from his favorite person in the world, his grandfather, whose influence remained an important part of the man he became.
Rest in Peace, Pat. We’ll raise a glass to you, honor your name, and carry your spirit with us forever at Quarterdeck. 🤍
