A little update for everyone regarding this weekend.

Forty years later and we’re still here—because of you.

We’ve mapped out our schedule for the rest of the year so there are no surprises.

A few closures, some shortened days, and our annual reset in August so the team can breathe and come back stronger.

We appreciate every single one of you who’s been part of this journey.

Let’s keep it going. 💙

As summer settles in and the temperatures keep climbing, we wanted to remind everyone that Vietnamese cuisine is about a lot more than just soups and spring rolls. 😊

You’ve seen us talk about our soups and our Saigon-Style Soft Shell Crabs, but have you explored our stir-fried dishes?

One of our favorites is the Chinese Sausage & Crabmeat Fried Rice. Known in Vietnamese as lạp xưởng, Chinese sausage brings a rich, savory sweetness that pairs perfectly with sweet crabmeat and wok-fried rice. Add an ice-cold Saigon Beer, and you’ve got a complete meal that’s hearty, satisfying, and perfect for summer.

Of course, if you still want to add a bowl of soup or some spring rolls, we won’t stop you. 😉

Stop by today and discover a side of our menu that deserves a little more attention. 🍻🍚😀

🌞 Looks like Arlington is in for a few hot days ahead. While we’ve got plenty of soup and those famous soft-shell crabs on the menu, nothing beats the heat quite like a refreshing Vietnamese Iced Coffee paired with our Grilled Pork & Crispy Roll Vermicelli Bowl. 😎☕🥢

Cool down, fuel up, and let us take care of lunch (or dinner). We’ll save a seat for you. 😊

From us to you guys for the month of June. 😊
