Meet our Culinary Director, Chef Nyi Nyi. 🧑‍🍳✨ From growing up in Rangoon to leading kitchens in London, DC, and now Arlington, his journey is rooted in sharing the rich flavors and traditions of Burmese cuisine while putting his own twist and inspiration behind our Lao and Thai menu. Chef Nyi Nyi joined the team and has been working with Chef Seng since 2018 when they opened Sen Khao together before joining forces again to open Padaek Arlington Ridge.

This New Year at Padaek Arlington Ridge wasn’t just a celebration… it was a reminder. Of who we are, of where we come from, and how deeply we need one another.

To be held in community with our neighbors in Arlington: to see your faces, to share our food, our culture, our stories, it means more than we can put into words.

Kop Jai Lai Lai 🙏, thank you to all our neighbors, friends, and family who came out to celebrate the Pii Mai Food Festival this past weekend. You showed up in the most beautiful, joyful New Year way and it truly meant everything to us.
