We're serving up THREE incredible soups rn – Chicken Poblano, Chicken Tortilla, and of course, our House Tomato (shown here with a half grilled cheese because is there a better combo on Earth?!). Open for lunch 11-2 Tues-Sat - see you soon!

PS: Our current sandwich special is The Veggie! We start with toasted sourdough (made fresh in-house, and we pre-toast it, so the veggies stay fresh and crisp), then we add a creamy house-made spread of greek yogurt, cream cheese & dill + havarti cheese + then we load it up with fresh veggies: avocado, cucumber, tomato, onion, and sprouts.

This ain't your mama's pimento cheese! We modernized this classic southern staple by creating our own hatch green chile pimento cheese spread (not too spicy, just a bit of a kick), and we heap it into our (also homemade) grilled sourdough.

PS: all our sandwiches come with crunchy kettle chips, and this is our house peach-hibiscus iced tea (which also makes a great Arnold Palmer if you mix it half & half with lemonade!)

This is our "Basic Bee" sandwich – perfect for a less adventurous eater. It has smoked turkey and gouda on our house-made sourdough, along with a little spring mix, sliced heirloom tomato, and a little bit of special schmear. It comes with kettle chips, but we've paired it here with a small version of our Fruit & Nut salad - also a delicious combo!

Can't choose between all the yummy options? That's OK! You can get a half-sandwich combo with a soup or salad, OR a whole sandwich with a soup or salad instead of chips for just a small upcharge.

We're still crushing on the our special veggie sandwich – it seriously might be our favorite! Here's how we make it:

We keep hearing from a lot of you that this is your favorite sandwich... and we love to hear it! Makes sense, because it was the special that was so popular it became a permanent fixture on our menu. The Blueberry Havarti sandwich has smoked turkey, havarti cheese, greens, and blueberry mayo, all grilled on our house-made sourdough - if you haven't tried it yet, come see us for lunch, and let us know if it becomes your favorite!

The Boot is our take on a traditional Italian sandwich (bc Italy is shaped like a boot, of course)! It features LAYERS of flavor: smoked turkey, cappicola, salami, muenster & cheddar cheeses, greens, tomatoes, pickles, olives, pepperoncinis, mayo, mustard, italian dressing & a house-made hot pepper spread - literally everything you could ever want on an Italian, and all on our fresh-baked sourdough, so you know it's "Hive" style. 😉
