We make our chicken salad totally in-house - it's got mayo, grapes, toasted almonds, and a subtle jalapeño kick (not too spicy, but keeps it interesting). You can get it as a sandwich on our fresh-baked croissant, as a dippable scoop on our Flight of the Bee, or you can ask for it on a bed of lettuce for a chicken salad salad. Fingers crossed that it's the last day in the 90s this year? 🤞🤞 But for today, how about the fresh and crisp Fruit & Nut salad? We start with a base of spring mix and romaine, then we layer it up with apples, dried cranberries, candied pecans, goat cheese, onions, and our homemade sourdough croutons, topped with our (also homemade) honey jalapeño vinaigrette dressing. You can add protein if you like, or pair it with one of our yummy sandwiches or soups.

Our "Flight of the Bee" lunch is a flight of tasty dips and bites, perfect for when you want to try a little bit of everything: chicken salad, hatch pimento cheese, and artichoke-spinach-parmesan spread (we make all of these fresh in-house). They're served with with sliced sourdough and kettle chips for dipping - so good!

We're serving up fresh and tasty sandwiches, soups, and salads for lunch 11-2 Tues-Sat and we've got a full bakery and coffee shop on-site too (the bakery is open 8-4 on the same days if you wanna come early or stay after lunch). 😉
