Happy Wednesday! 🔥 Follow along today as we roast, destone, and package our Organic Mexico!: A washed, medium roasted single origin coffee. Light-bodied with a hint of milk chocolate - mmm 😋 This batch is going to our friends at Tucson Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Local Produce Subscriptions

Did you know?
Coffee beans are frequently dried on open ground or concrete slabs where small chips can break off and mix with the crop. Nobody wants hidden debris in their coffee (or grinder!) so we remove it using our handy Avalanche Destoner! It uses upward vertical airflow and gravity to separate debris from the beans - pretty cool, huh?

Stop in to see it for yourself! We are open to the public while we roast coffee every Wednesday - from roughly 8:30a-2:30p. If Wednesday doesn’t work for you, let us know! We can schedule another day/time to meet up.
