Wednesday Special - any stuffed baked potato $13
We had so much fun last week with the specials we ran, we’ve decided to mix in a few going forward. While they aren’t quite as drastic as the $10 potatoes last week, this still gives us an avenue to lower some prices on some items a day or two a week.
In full disclosure many of our product prices have come down, (not meats of course) and this allows us to safely reduce some pricing. If prices get back to somewhat normal, then the pricing can/will be a permanent menu change.
For now we just hope you enjoy the little price breaks where we can. Hey who doesn’t like saving a few dollars these days.

Your reminder that starting today we will have a lighter option for you to choose. Lighter both in portion and the pocketbook. The 1/4 Chicken basket is just that, a 1/4 chicken (white or dark) and 1 side and a roll.

Beginning next Tuesday
You asked and we listened. Much like our Rib Basket, we will begin having 1/4 Chicken Baskets. They will come with 1 side and a roll. It’s the lighter version of our 1/2 Chicken Plate, and a perfect meal for lunch, or a light dinner.
Just like our 1/2 Chickens, there will be limited quantities each day.

Today will be the last day for getting a Jack Reubie pastrami sandwich. If you haven't tried one, this is your time. It will make another appearance in the Spring, but this is our last batch for this year.

We are sharing this once again, as we still have jobs available. We have day jobs, and we have after school jobs. Please contact [email protected] for an application, or stop by and fill one out today.

We lose some of our graduating seniors every year after summer, but this year hit us good. While we wish them nothing but success, we have many gaps to fill with staffing. We have immediate openings in most parts of our kitchen, so what are you waiting for? Stop day drinking now that the kids are in school, and come make some money and eat BBQ. You're kids have cars, and cars need gas ($$). We have all the options, we just need you to be part of our 407 family.

The weather is perfect, and the trays have been moving this week.
We are more than halfway through this batch of pastrami and will most likely be running out tomorrow, or if we’re lucky, early Saturday. You still have time for a Jack Reubie, but not for long.

Whew, well that's over. What an incredible day we had yesterday. I can't thank you all enough for coming out and standing in the long lines, just to support us. It was pure chaos most of the day, but it was overwhelming joy at the same time. I also need to give a hand to my staff, as their boss put them thru a test of wills yesterday, and they came thru like true professionals. We didn't get a team pic with the 2nd shift, as we literally had no room to stand, but we did enjoy 2 birthday cakes.
We have some exciting things to bring out, but some will have to wait until next week. We have caterings for the next 3 days, and will be a bit stretched in the kitchen, but we are bringing back our pastrami sandwich, the Jack Reubie today.
