After establishing our full time catering business of 17 years, our customers have begged us to open a location, so we are!! We will roll out our food kitchen initially, and see where the future takes us. We have been incredibly blessed by God to be able to fulfill our passion of Texas BBQ, and please so many people.

This afternoon we were honored to host the visiting Oakridge Trojans from California for their pregame dinner before their showdown with the Argyle Eagles.
No matter the final score tonight, we guarantee there won’t be a football field in Texas with 2 finer groups of young adults than at Argyle field. Extremely impressed with this group of young men, and wish them safe travels back home.
FWIW, we also fed the Argyle Eagles their pregame meal as well.

There's just something special in the air this time of year. The start of High School & College Football Season. In Texas, it's a magical time. For some of us it kicked off last night with a thrilling game at the Cotton Bowl, and for the rest of the State, it all begins today. Buckle up, because the next few months are a special time and it passes quickly, so enjoy the season while you can.

This is a reminder to all that we will close today from 2-5pm for a private event, and will be back open for your pre-game dining at 5pm.

Honored and humbled, that's all we can say right now.
The Best Of Denton County results came in yesterday, and once again we were voted Best BBQ & Best Catering in Denton County. We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary in October, and this marks our 7th year in a row to achieve this award.
This has been an incredible journey for us so far, and like they say, we're just getting started.
Thank you to everyone who took 30 seconds out of your day to give us your vote. These awards only solidify to us the value of the hard work and dedication to what we do every day.

Ok we need to confess something. Some of you may already know this, but full disclosure- sometimes we’re just not that smart. In this case, we’ve had a Blue Line cap for several years now, and never thought about anything else. One day a few weeks ago it hit me, why don’t we have Red Line caps for our First Responders?
Blame it on my public school education, but it never even occurred to me before. Well it finally did, and now we have Red Line Caps. Firemen and EMS personnel, you can now represent with pride. Let the Guns & Hoses battle begin. 😁

Have you seen our new parking lot? No more choking on dust, and it should be motorcycle friendly now (hopefully no more falling over).
