We are officially celebrating our Springville Ribbon Cutting at 4:00 PM, and then rolling right into our First Holiday Tasting Event at 5:00 PM — and we’re so honored to also participate in our very first Springville Wassail Walk!

My heart is so full. Opening this store has been such a dream, and the support we’ve already felt from this community has meant everything. Tomorrow is all about celebrating YOU — our Springville neighbors, new friends, and the families we cannot wait to serve.

✨ A little real talk from Misty… ✨

Monday was one of those days that reminded me exactly why I started Meals by Misty. Our stores were full, the coolers were emptying, and I got to hug so many familiar faces and meet new ones. It filled my cup and reminded me what a blessing this community is.

The rest of the week has been quieter, and honestly—it gave me a moment to breathe and really see what we’ve built. Every meal we prepare, every preorder that comes through, every person who chooses us…it matters.

And today is special.
Today is our 8th Annual Taste of the Holidays at our Trussville location from 4–7 PM.
