the Rosemont Farmers market. I grew up in the pastoral mountains of the Golan Heights, where I learned to cook Levantine recipes which were passed down for generations for my family. Now i am making them available to you. My dishes are adored by both vegetarians and meat lovers. There’s something delightful for everyone, especially when it’s made with love. My secret is simple: “no cutting corners, and if I don’t eat it, I won’t serve it”
