Chef Ruth Breuninger- Johnson, a Culinary Institute of America (CIA) Graduate and EsCoffier Fellow, former chef of The Purple Sage and a former Executive Chef of Aramark, created Seasons A Catering Service in September of 2004. Chef Ruth, well known for her Black Breaded Chicken (reviewed by Elaine Tait of the Philadelphia Inquirer) has one main philosophy… Give The Customer What They Want! While there are many who have died for our country, there are also soldiers we see on a daily basis protecting our homeland, and those that are behind the scenes serving all over the world, faces unknown (except to their friends and family), protecting foreign countries and the US interests.
