We want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to the kind soul who came in and paid off an outstanding ticket for another customer. That kind of generosity does not go unnoticed, and it truly meant a lot to our little family-run business.

When we shared the situation, it was never to ask or expect someone else to step in and cover it. Our goal was simply to shed light on how situations like that can impact a small business like ours. Every ticket matters when you’re family owned, and those losses add up in ways people don’t always see.

But because of you, something frustrating turned into something incredibly heartwarming. You reminded us—and hopefully others—that kindness still shows up, even on the hard days.
