To everyone who has come to try the donuts at my shop, I would sincerely appreciate your honest feedback and suggestions about our donuts and customer service. It has now been six months since we opened. To be honest, my business doesn’t seem to be growing the way I had hoped. When the shop on 12th Street was temporarily closed, many old and new customers came to support us. But after they reopened, many of those customers stopped coming back. I’m wondering… Is it because my donuts aren’t good enough? Or is my customer service not meeting your expectations?

Please let me know. Your honest opinions mean a lot to me because I truly want to improve. I don’t want to give up on this shop. I’ve invested so much money, time, hard work, and my heart into making it succeed. I will continue fighting for another six months, but if things don’t improve and I don’t receive more support, I may have no choice but to close the shop and say goodbye to Ardmore. Right now, the income simply isn’t enough to cover the expenses. 🥲

I also want to sincerely apologize for any mistakes I may have made without realizing it. Please don’t hesitate to tell me what I can do better. I welcome all constructive feedback and will do my best to improve in every way I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support. It truly means everything to me. 🙏❤️

Dear valued customers, I’m so sorry for changing days closed again 🙏

JC Donuts & Boba Milk Tea will now be open every Monday and closed every Tuesday instead.

This new schedule will begin with us opening on Monday and closing on Tuesday the 21th From then on, we will be open as usual every Monday and closed every Tuesday
