These Black Angus beef short ribs (massive 3-4 bone racks) are any meat lover’s dream. We’re starting with a 24 hour citrus & garlic marinade and coating heavily in a new sweet ancho chili rub we’ve been playing with. Then we smoke each rack so low & slow your old man will swear that to get beef ribs with a bark this perfect, and meat this tender and juicy, back in his day, he had to walk 10 miles.. in the snow..up hill… BOTH ways.

In all seriousness, we’re so thankful many of you choose to order your Father’s day meal with us. These days are like our Super Bowl and we want to make sure you get what you want at the time you want. The last thing we ever want is to let anyone down. We’ll do our absolute best to keep taking pickup orders as long as we can this upcoming Sunday, but due to the expected high volume we’ll likely have to stop taking to go orders at some point during Father’s Day service. If you plan on doing takeout with us this Father’s Day, let us know early so we have everything you need!
