At Asheville Sandwich Company we never get tired hearing that our sandwiches are the best you’ve ever had. It's the only way we know how to do things. We take the time each day to hand cut our shoe string fries so we can serve the freshest fries in town. Even when it comes to our meat and cheeses, we don't cut corners on quality. We believe that fresh ingredients are the ones that come from the lo

cal community. Utilizing many local vendors for our products, we can ensure top notch ingredients that support our local economy. We are using local produce when it’s in season. We also take the time to roast whole primes ribs, hand patty every Angus beef burger and make all our own pickled vegetables. It's taking the time to prepare fresh food from scratch that makes our sandwiches different. Asheville Sandwich Company works on being a better part of the community by supporting local events and charities. We believe that the community is our biggest supporter so we want to give back. We also support those with food allergies. We want everyone to be able to enjoy a tasty sandwich that is why we offer Gluten free sub rolls and wraps at no additional cost. Please let us know if we can make something special for you! Don't take us too seriously though, we think food should be fun and sometimes over the top. We really enjoy what we do and we hope that it shows in our food. Who else puts hand cut shoe string fries on more that half their sandwiches.
