I last night had a chance to see some pieces I made 25 years ago.

Built-in ALDER storage cabinets designed in the Greene and Greene style with stained glass inserts.

And a pair of REDWOOD closet doors inlaid with spring blossoms, trilliums and ferns.

I was so busy back in the day I often did not take time to take photos of my work, so it's a lovely surprise to see these old friends.

I built the doors and drawer faces on this project and Ray Wolfe Cabinets built the cabinets. We worked to together to give the clients this kitchen inspired by traditional Japanese design. The wood is spalted curly Pacific Maple. All from one tree. I created any plywood (like the refrigerator panel) by resawing the thick boards to make veneers.

Work in progress on a large office cabinetry project I helped design. Exciting to see it becoming a reality! People do not realize how many steps there are to make something beautiful and functional from wood. Great work from the Ray Wolfe Cabinet Shop, Mark Aultman and his crew.

Newly completed kitchen made with STAINLESS STEEL CABINETRY, GLASS DOOR UPPERS, mixed with a wall of MAPLE storage cabinets with a baking center...plus a built in wine rack! Wine and fresh baked bread? Hey that is the good life! Just finished this very special kitchen for a great lover of art and cleanable surfaces. It was a joy to work on this project. :)
